Illi comes through with his latest effort which he titles Windy. The coolest most well groomed hip hop artist from the Chi comes through with a new project and his brought some of Chicago’s heavy hitters with him such as YP, Saba, Rico Reckless and a few others. Illi is easily one of the artist I support the most with G-Herbo coming in at a close second.
