Beats and Bars are taking the inner city youth off the streets and putting their energy to something positive. It's an after school program constructed in the Little Village/Lawndale area of Chicago. The kids meet up and work on music and they have put out Beats and Bars Vol. 3 which is an album that they worked and is available for you to listen to.
